As part of our efforts to strengthen development stakeholders and the larger ecosystem, we are also incubating NGOs to strengthen their organizational profile, increase their capacity in designing and delivering high impact programs, and measuring and reporting outcomes and impact effectively.
This is an effort to help them capitalize on more funding and partnership opportunities, meet the expectations of stakeholders, increase their credibility and ultimately create greater social impact.
Highly effective modules focusing on Development Design, Fundraising, Program Management, Community and Resource Mobilization, Documentation, Impact Communication, Strategic Planning, Visibility, NGO Governance and Compliances are delivered to persons occupying different positions in the NGO, from board members to field coordinators, responsible for discharging different functions, from programmatic design to MIS.
A funding organization can organize and fund the entire incubation program for their implementing partners to improve the effectiveness of their partners in impact design, delivery and reporting. Individual NGOs too can participate in the cohorts initiated by Bala Vikasa
