You’ve put in the hard work — pouring your heart and soul into the cause, implementing tough projects in difficult circumstances, delivering meaningful results, and doing whatever it takes. Yet, somewhere along the way, you’ve started to feel stuck. Anxious. Maybe even demoralized.
In a development landscape that’s shifting rapidly — both locally and globally — it takes extraordinary courage to be a changemaker. To continue in the business of creating sustainable impact, against all odds. It takes one to know one.
Courage, when matched with clarity and competence, becomes resilience — the kind that helps organizations not just survive, but dare to grow, lead, and influence.
Break Through is a 2.5-day residential boot camp that will help NGO founders, directors, and managers reimagine their organizations and lead them toward scale, sustainability, and impact.
This isn’t just training — it’s a strategic pause to reset your vision, sharpen your strategy, and build momentum for your mission.
